Get Involved

If you want to serve on one of our many worship ministries here at Grace, this is the place! Below you'll find descriptions of the various opportunities we offer. You can fill out the form and submit it at the information desk.

Music teams
Choir--This team meets regularly on Wednesdays at 6:30 pm in the Music room from September through May. They lead worship at both Sunday services once a month and sing both special music as well as traditional and contemporary worship pieces. Register for the choir here!

5:30 music team--this group leads worship for the Saturday night services on a weekly basis. The commitment includes a Saturday afternoon rehearsal as well as attendance in the service, and is contemporary in nature.

9:15 music team--this group leads worship for the 9:15 Sunday morning service, and focuses on traditional/classical music. The music sometimes involves blended contemporary music as well. The team practices on Sunday mornings and leads worship 1-2 times a month.

11:00 music team--this group is a pool of musicians who are organized into two rotating teams that lead worship every other week. The commitment for this team includes a Thursday night rehearsal from 6:30-8:30. Musically, this team's focus is contemporary worship.

Karis-- Karis is our vocal ensemble here at Grace, and performs special music once a month from September to May. This group features a blended style of vocals with music ranging in style from jazz/pop to classical.

Creative Team--this team is responsible for service design, and handles all of the creative elements for our weekend services. The team meets once a month on Saturday afternoons, and then is responsible for creating the creative elements on a weekly basis. If you enjoy creatively looking at the big picture and crafting the flow of our worship services interests you, then this is your team!

Visual Arts team--this team is responsible for all the visual elements involved with our weekend services, and it's primary task is the design of worshipful visual content to go with the music and communication parts of our services.

Video team--this team is responsible for the production and editing of the announcements for our services, as well as any creative videos, such as man on the street videos or recorded drama elements.

Drama team--this group of actors performs worshipful drama pieces in our services approximately once a month. Actors of all ages are encouraged to apply, as we regularly do dramas with characters in various stages of life. Actors are cast for each piece based on availability and appropriateness of part. This team is also in need of creative writers to help craft meaningful elements that will match the topic of the service.

Dance team--this team performs on a bi-monthly basis and focuses on interpretative/dramatic dance. The team is looking for dance team members as well as dance choreographers.
