"For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many." -Mark 10:45
Does it seem like everyone in the Bible is perfect? Mark is like a normal person. He made mistakes. He failed. This book gives an honest look at the challenge of following Jesus. It’s REAL.The Gospel of Mark will be our anchor series for two years. We’ll read together, learn together, and grow together.

The Kingdom of God can be surprising sometimes. We think we know how it should work and how Jesus should operate, but we really don’t. He doesn’t fit into our mold.
Instead of forcing him into a box, maybe it’s time to figure out what he expects from us. Welcome to your personal master class in following Jesus.
ABSOLUTELY.
Critical thought is underrated in our culture, but the mind is very important...especially in matters of faith. The popular view of a Christian is someone who lives by “blind faith.” That’s just not the case. Any faith that we have (or don’t have) should be well-reasoned and tested.
Pastor Derek will spend four weeks talking through the exciting things coming at Grace this year.
He's not some shadowy figure or whispy being. // He isn't creepy or over-the-top. // He doesn't do parlor tricks. // He is not an "it" or an impersonal force. // He's not an option. // He is part of a three-for-one special, but he's not third best. // He is the connector, the mover-and-shaker, the comforter, the unifier. // He is God…he's permanent. // He's here.
He's INDELIBLE
This August: four weeks to talk about the Holy Spirit.

In order to TELL the story, we have to KNOW the story. We are going to spend some time in April learning about our part in God’s plan and his design. He has entrusted us with the Gospel...we simply need to share it.
There are people in all of our lives who need to hear about Jesus. Our hope is that Grace would be a safe place for you to learn how to share the GOOD NEWS.
It’s true that we need each other, but relationships are tough. There are a lot of tricky spots to navigate, and if we’re honest, we’ve had our share of mess-ups. We want to help all of us get it right by focusing in on four diagnoses and antidotes as we look at Prescriptions for Relational Healing.
This December, it's all about getting back into the true spirit of Christmas. Let's rediscover the wonder.
